Terms and Conditions
1. Admission and Fees
Registration: Admission is confirmed only after the submission of the required documents and the initial registration fee.
Fee Policy: Fees must be paid on or before the [Insert Date, e.g., 5th] of every month. A late fine may apply after the due date.
Refunds: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Attendance and Discipline
Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for the final DITRP examinations.
Punctuality: Students must arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled batch. Late entry may not be permitted.
Conduct: Any misbehavior with faculty or fellow students, or damage to institute property (computers, furniture, etc.), will lead to immediate disciplinary action or rustication.
3. Lab Rules (For Students)
Handling Equipment: Students must handle computers and peripherals with care. Any intentional damage will be charged to the student/parent.
External Media: Use of personal USB drives or downloading unauthorized software is strictly prohibited to prevent virus threats.
Data Saving: The institute is not responsible for any personal data saved on local drives. Students are encouraged to use cloud storage or designated folders.
4. Examinations and Certification
Eligibility: Only students with cleared dues and requisite attendance will be issued hall tickets for exams.
Certification: Certificates will be issued by DITRP INDIA only after the successful completion of the course and passing the final assessment.
5. For Parents/Guardians
Progress Tracking: Parents are encouraged to visit the center once a month to discuss the student’s performance and attendance.
Safety: The institute is responsible for the student only during their scheduled batch hours.
Communication: Please ensure your contact details are updated in our records to receive important SMS/WhatsApp alerts regarding holidays or exams.
